Matthew is a founder, business leader and Non-Executive Director with hands-on experience of building, scaling and exiting a global business.


Having founded a company that grew into an international operation with significant turnover, Matthew has led the business through every stage of growth, from early product development and market entry to operational scale, manufacturing complexity, commercial expansion to strategic sale.


This transition brought first-hand experience of investor engagement, governance requirements, board dynamics and the shift from founder-led decision making to board-influenced leadership.


His 30 years of founder experience shapes his approach as a Non-Executive Director: practical, commercially focused and grounded in the realities faced by founders and leadership teams.
